Issue: Client “A” paid for a hotel suite that had a hot tub. The hot tub did not work. All the hotel would do is move him and his wife to another room.
Solution: Although the new room did have a working hot tub, the same day that we called the hotel, Client “A” also had $85 taken off of his bill for the couple’s inconvenience.
