The
Best & Worst Companies
We want to hear from you! Tell
us the places you like to go to and why. You can
even tell us about specific locations and addresses.
Or tell us the places you hate and about the lousy experiences
you’ve had. We just might publish it. Even if it isn’t
a national chain, we still want to hear about it.
The lists will grow as we hear from you.
Best Companies
Coldstone
- I have never had a bad experience at any Coldstone.
The employees are always pleasant, they are clean establishments
and in my opinion, you can’t go wrong with the combination
of a friendly atmosphere, ice cream and employees singing.
Subway
– It’s always clean, the service is fast and the staff
is friendly. Over the years, Subway has impressed me more and
more. No matter which one I go to, it’s always the same
positive experience. It is my restaurant of choice.
Netflix
– I wish I could personally thank the inventor of Netflix.
It changed my life. I love it. I log on; order and the movies
come in the mail. I watch them, mail them back and a new one arrives.
It’s super fast too. I haven’t been in a video store
for years. And they have every movie I’ve ever searched
for.
Worst Companies
Bank
of America – Probably the worst customer
service I have ever experienced. As I went higher up the chain,
it only got worse. The staff wasn’t trained and couldn’t
answer questions. And nobody responds to written inquiries. The
Office of Executive Relations was no help. They are much disorganized
since transitioning from MBNA.
Fashion
Bug – Probably the absolute worst record
keeping company known to man. They are still reporting my credit
card account as active, even though I paid it off and cancelled
it over eight years ago.
