Q: What is Dear Consumer?
A: We are consumer advocates and pride ourselves in dedicating this site to consumers everywhere. Our mission is to wake up companies and let them know that we are watching, and that consumer issues have to be addressed.

Q: What kind of services do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of services. We offer everything from consultations on consumer issues all the way up to and including handling issues on your behalf. Considering we have handled everything from a problem with a fast food restaurant to issues dealing with over several thousand dollars in damage, we can help you.

Q: How long have you been in the consumer advocacy business?
A: Eleven years and counting.

Q: Do you offer legal advice?
A: We are represented by one of the best law firms in the country, and they ensure that we operate within the law. We specialize in consultations regarding consumer issues and therefore do not offer legal advice. If we think you should contact a lawyer about your issue, we’ll tell you. We’ll even refer you to one.

Q: Do you charge for your services?
A: Believe it or not, we actually have a number of free services. During your initial free consultation with Dear Consumer, we will determine what types of services you need. When it is necessary for more complex issues, we charge extremely competitive rates for the level of services we offer. Give us a call or email today for your free consultation.

Q: Why do companies respond when you contact them?
A: It is our mission to resolve issues on behalf of the consumer in a timely, professional manner. Therefore, we offer employer-friendly services that allow that to happen.
